Gifts for him are meant to bring smiles on the face of the recipient. Personalizing a gift is like ornamenting it and making it more attractive. So, to show your gratitude or caring nature towards a man, consider the wonderful gifts for him idea.
Samish’s job in the tax office ended when it was discovered that he was not old enough to be a registered voter, a condition required by law for employment.
At his death, because of Crosby’s shrewd investments in oil, real estate, and other commodities, he was one of Hollywood’s wealthiest residents, along with Fred MacMurray, Lawrence Welk, and best friend Bob Hope. A clause in his will stated that his sons from his first marriage could not collect their inheritance money until they were 65. Even those who had just joined that very last hour were being paid a full day’s wages! “There must be some mistake,” said those who had slaved all day, and turned back to let the owner know that Payroll had made some major blunders. “Not so,” explained the gentleman, “did the Human Relations Department not make a deal with you when they hired you, and were you not satisfied with the offer?” They acknowledged that was so, but complained that it was just not fair.
In the fall of 1920, Crosby enrolled in the Jesuit-run Gonzaga University in Spokane, Washington, with the intention of becoming a lawyer. He sent away for a set of mail-order drums. After much practice, he soon became good enough and was invited to join a local band made up of mostly local high school kids called the “Musicaladers,” managed by Al Rinker. He made so much money doing this that he decided to drop out of school during his final year to pursue a career in show business.
