We’re people with most of us hating change- or at the very least being uneasy with it.Philosophically, as individuals, we know that change is good for we are kept by several reasons:It on our toes

It can persuade our customers that we are hearing them, especially when they are the ones seeking that we changeBut as customers, the facts is…most folks, only don’t enjoy it. When we have to cope with it, a lot of us choose to do this on our own conditions and according to the own time schedules. This is exactly why, as organizations, we should attempt to be as regular as we can in regards to working with our customers.Think about the recent public relations problem experienced by the Apple company. People who use Apple products are applied to a consistent level of quality, operating, convenience, and consistent, tidy customer care. Once the new edition of Apple’s iPhone arrived on the market, it’d some inherent difficulties with party due to the aerial positioning. Cellular phone owners were experiencing dropped calls leading to discontent with the product. When buyers turned to the company for customer support, their claims originally fell on deaf ears. This wasn’t anything Apple customers were used to. Actually Steve Jobs, the head of the Apple empire was sidestepping the issue. Not only did consumers encounter concerns with product consistency, they were also confronted with a big change in how their problems were being treated leading to negative press about the new product and the company.The take-away for people as CEOs, administrators, and professionals is that consistency is master when it comes to satisfying our clients.
