Couch potatoes might not be depression cases, but people with depression are often couch potatoes. This means you need to turn the TV off. Oh, but you don’t want to miss the new legal drama episode? Tough luck! Turn that TV off and get outside and move around. At least read a book instead. You can catch the reruns when you’re better.
