Back in late 2004, World Domains International ( GDI for short ) was hot. It was just $10.00 a month to be involved so the price was right….

After seeing the advertisements flying around for roughly a month on the internet, I determined to join in February of 2005. As it seems, I was unemployed at the time so a 10 buck program was highly attractive. Once I signed up, I straight away went to work. I had been in a few other social marketing programs in the past, so I started approaching the individuals that I had met while working those programs.
Global Domains World? So what is the Product?

For your $10.00 per month you received a few things :

1. The registration of a .WS domain. You could put an internet site there or forward it to another internet site. According to them :” .WS is an internationally accessible top level domain that works just like .COM and .NET. Anyone, anywhere, can register a .WS domain and build a personal web address for life.”

Two. You have got to participate in revenue manufacturing opportunity. For each person that joined you or your group in World Domains International inside a depth of Five levels you would receive $1.00. Yeah I know..Not too sexy or exciting but over time it may add up.

Three. You got 100 MB of space for storing for your internet site, hosting, and any related files. I didn’t know this until some individuals started to protest about it, but A hundred MB was pretty freakin small. One area where GDI truly could have cleaned up and provided better service would have been to have an upsell where somebody could get more space on their servers.

How Did I Get the Word Out about World Domains World aka GDI?

That’s a funny story…

I probably enrolled my first 3 folks from a pool of folks I had been in other deals with but then ….. I was on my own almost…

I had previously been in another chance where my sponsor was a lady from the Phillipines and she was good at many things. However what she was best at was the art of spamming folk. So ..that’s what I did. GDI had this particular tool called the Invitation System.

You could put a person’s name and e-mail in there ( up to Fifty at a time ), click a button, and send them an email with a small marketing cartoon that would put their name into it.

Now the catch was that you were intended to either know these people or have received their authorization to Invite them. Ha Ok…Sure…

It was slick… And we were as well. My sponsor and I were both computer programmers so we wrote this programme that would take a catalogue of leads, pop them into that invitation form, and hit the send button. With that approach, the leads and sign ups started to roll right in.

Later, a man named Randy Thomas created the Bulk Mailer. We could buy leads with ip addresses, load those up, and the system would email them pretty often. At the peak of my participation with World Domains World, I had a bunch of 798 people.

That was a far as it went because I wasn’t a Net marketer with any abilities at this point and the gigantic clamp down on spamming was occurring. GDI essentially started to terminate people who were actively spamming to promote.
What is the Final Word on World Domains World?

I think that Worldwide Domains Global ( GDI ) is still amazing opportunity with a very good product that’s in demand. I’m very much in favour of opportunities with different price points so that everybody has an opportunity to earn on the web.

There are individuals who are earning marvelous incomes in Global Domains World today and I continue to receive a $125.00 remaining from it every month even though I have not actively worked it in 6 years.
