    I did a search through Google and found a long list of custom places for this. The one that keeps coming up the most is autoplates.com. There you should be able to get ones made to look like any state or country.

    If you talking about a novelty license plate then there are plenty of places online that can do them. Just google ‘novelty license plate’. If you’re talking about a legal vanity license plate then it won’t be possible as only the owner of the vehicle can request this.
