Recorded play back message like in those Cards that say Merry Christmas, personalized??? Am I making this up?

Ok, I need one of those little voice recorders that I think are sometimes in cards — where you can like get your child to scream Merry Christmas Grandma! and then Grandma gets it and loves it….

I want to put one into a bear I’m making.

Anyone know where I can get one?
