As a Christian Do You Have a Captive Thinking?

How is it possible that Christians can have an attentive mindset? What is captive mindset? Captive attitude is created when you live in captivity for such a long time you make a life for yourself in captivity. The world of Israel was in captivity in Egypt for 400 years. A life had been created by them there. As as limited and annoying as that life may have been it was their life. Some were borne, lived their whole life, and died never making Egypt.Have a life was built by us in captivity? As Christians was there a time when we had great hope and trust that God would do great things in our midst but over the years that hope started initially to fade and we settled for less? When we have that’s surviving in captivity. That’s what it’s prefer to have an opinion identified by the limitations of our captivity. They say the bars dislike the bars, then they get use to the bars, then the bars depend on them when someone would go to jail in the beginning. That is being institutionalized. Their life has become constructed around their incarceration and they cannot picture life on the outside.I often think that we’ve lived so far beneath our opportunity in Christ Jesus and we’ve gotten so used to it that we do not think that there’s something beyond the particular level we are currently living. If I don’t believe that God speaks to consumers than I am living beneath my privilege of getting hear His voice. I’ll live beneath my privilege in receiving healing when I don’t think that God will cure customers then. When I do not believe that God can use me in His kingdom then I will stay beneath my advantage of used. That’s an idea structure predicated on restrictions, that it’s what I would call “captive mentality.”Now I mentioned all of that to say this and the mindset. Your circumstances do not determine you, they don’t explain you, and if you will not let them they can not control you. You are not your circumstances, you have circumstances but the circumstances aren’t who you’re. If we see ourselves as a slave will we not live as one? Your identity is made by God not conditions. Your personality in God was made possible by the shed blood of Jesus Christ and the Holy Spirit has been given to you to enable you to live beyond the limits of your circumstances. We’re a supernatural people. This means we’re individuals who live above and over in quality and quantity anything that would reduce us in the normal. It is time to act with outrageous opinion again!
