Physical fitness is the ability to function effectually throughout your workday, accomplish your normal other activities and still have enough energy left over to deal with any extra stresses or emergencies which may appear.

The components of physical fitness are:

* Cardiorespiratory (CR) endurance – the efficiency with which the body provides oxygen and nutrients essential for muscular action and transports waste products from the cells.

* Muscular strength – the optimal amount of energy a muscle or muscle group can exert in a singular effort.

* Muscular endurance – the mastery of a muscle or muscle group to perform repeated movements with a sub-maximal intensity for extended periods of time.

* Flexibility – the proficiency to move the joints or any collection of joints through a complete, normal range of motion.

* Body composition – the portion of body fat a person has in comparison to his or her gross body mass.

Improving the first three elements of fitness listed above will have a constructive impact on body composition and will result in less fat. Disproportionate body fat detracts from the different fitness components, reduces effectiveness, detracts from appearance, and unfavorably affects your health.

Factors such as quickness, agility, muscle force, eye-hand coordination, and eye-foot coordination are indexed as components of “motor” fitness. These factors most influence your athletic ability. Appropriate training can advance these factors within the limits of your capacity. A realistic weight loss and fitness plan seeks to augment or manage all the components of physical and motor fitness through established, progressive, mission specific physical training.

Principles of Exercise

Obedience to certain basic exercise principles is crucial for developing an efficient program. The same fundamentals of exercise apply to every person at all levels of physical training, from the Olympic-caliber professional to the weekend jogger.

These basic fundamentals of exercise must be followed.

Regularity

To obtain a training effect, you must exercise frequently. You should exercise each of the first four fitness components at least three times a week. Sporadic exercise can do more harm than good. Regularity is also important in resting, sleeping, and following a sensible diet.

Progression

The fierceness (how hard) and/or endurance (how long) of exercise must steadily increase to advance the level of fitness.

Balance

To be efficient, a program should include activities that include all the fitness elements, since overemphasizing any one of them may injure the others.

Variety

Providing an assortment of activities avoids boredom and increases motivation and development.

Specificity

Training must be geared toward specific goals. For example, people become better runners if their training emphasizes running. Although swimming is excellent exercise, it does not boost a 2-mile-run time as much as a running program does.

Recovery

A hard day of training for a given component of fitness must be followed by an easier training day or rest day for that element and/or muscle group(s) to help permit recovery. Another way to empower recovery is to alternate the muscle groups exercised every other day, specifically when training for strength and/or muscle endurance.

Overload

The intensity of each exercise session must exceed the normal demands placed on the body in order to bring about a training effect.

It’s true that Ebay is a massive virtual marketplace with millions of vendors from all around the world. With that kind of competition, it’s very important to go above and beyond the competition to get buyers to notice your listings. Fortunately, the steps you need to take, still crucial, are few in number. Anyone can implement these tips to draw more viewers to their Ebay auctions.

First, think like a buyer. Would you want to buy items sight unseen, or would you favor auctions with plenty of pictures? Do hurried or inadequate descriptions put you off? What if you found a listing from a seller with several negative feedback comments saying that the merchandise was sent out late, or as described? Circumstances are you would not want to purchase from such a seller. Neither will buyers feel comfortable buying from you if these things are true of your listings and reputation.

So, to get Ebay shoppers to open on your auctions, always involve quality photos of the item. Be sure to photograph any damaged spots as well. Use Ebay’s inexpensive photo hosting service, and always upload your pictures as 400 by 300 pixel jpegs of high quality. Ebay will resize the photographs to those indicated dimensions anyway; if you load the pictures at that size, you will lose minimal detail after uploading.

Listings have to be be simple to read. Highly disorganized listings can be distracting, and most buyers won’t want to spend time trying to decipher them when there are a multitude of other, more user-friendly listings accessible. To keep buyers looking, use a template or HTML to create the item description easier on the eyes. You don’t require a lot of fancy code to make your item description easy and readable. Ebay gives an inexpensive listing designer that you can use if you are not comfortable writing your own HTML tags.

While you’re evaluating the layout of your item description, also be sure that your listing is not filled with mistakes. If it’s hard to read, buyers will go elsewhere. A second thing to watch out for is the length of your item description. Buyers like to know details. If your listing has one short paragraph barely passing for an item description, you most likely have not given them all the details they desire. Go back and give more information about the item. If the product is damaged in any way, in addition to documenting the damage with a picture, you need to also repeat it in the text of your listing.

Offer a variety of payment choices, including PayPal. Buyers will often pass over auctions that require a check or money order as payment. PayPal allows buyers to use their PayPal account, bank account, or credit card to make a purchase. A lot of Ebay listings offer Paypal, so yours should, too.

On Ebay, sellers have to face against many other sellers offering the same goods. If one seller has well organized information and a great photograph of their item, they will allure the most views and bids. Do not throw buyers off with a hard-to-read listing. Employ these simple tips instead to make sure your auction gets known on Ebay.
