I know what Walmart (online) you can buy a name necklace but with one person's name, which isn't what you're exactly wanting. But anyhow, I'd say your best bet would be 'Thing's Remembered'. It's a really good site. Plus they specialize in engraving jewelry & you can go to a store or purchase online,where as they also have a long variety of jewelry. I attached the links below.
