In the five and half years I have been in the networking and property based business market, I have seen and heard a lot of hype and numerous polar opposite views of the network marketing business.

Some individuals are passionate about the sector, whilst other individuals condemn it. Some claim all firms are pyramid schemes and scams. Celebrity authors such as Robert Allen, Mark Victor Hansen and Robert Kiyosaki advocate the sector.

Network marketing is, in its most fundamental sense, a franchise company model. Such a model gives a duplicable technique that includes the continuous repetition of certain activities.

One crucial test of a network advertising and marketing or house based enterprise company is no matter whether there are significant numbers of repeat clients who order and use actual items even if they do not get a verify. The reality is that Amway/Quixtar, Melaleuca, PrePaid Legal, USANA, and numerous others have sold millions upon millions of dollars of goods to satisfied customers, many of whom are NOT also obtaining checks.

So why does the market appear to have a black eye? The issue does not appear to lie with the overall franchise business model. Network marketing and advertising is just a company model, and it truly amounts to “micro-franchising”. have no previous knowledge in sales

have tiny or no experience creating enterprise relationships other than that of employer/employee/co-worker

are not satisfied with their existing level of income

have unrealistic expectations of the amount of function involved compared to the income realized

From my knowledge, without having knowing any better, inexperienced or unqualified network marketers frequently

over-sell the chance

inappropriately speak about the organization in social conditions

come across as desperate

concentrate as well significantly on new recruits and neglect current customers as a result

are either inaccurate or deceptive when talking about their organization
