Right here is a checklist for the best family backpack:
Sunscreen (this is obvious for any Florida trip, but you would be surprised how a lot of individuals leave it behind at the hotel!)
Standard 1st-aid products: a few band-aids, ointment, Advil or Ibuprofen. Infant wipes. Fresh, dry socks for immediately after water rides and towels rolled neatly, one per person is typically very good for quick drying off
Safe cell phones and cameras, snacks, wallets and other valuables in person zip-lock bags to keep them protected and dry. You can typically continue to text message, use apps and check the time with no taking your phone out. These modest bags can be place into 1 larger “valuables” bag if you like, or placed separately in your backpack.
Spray bottles with fans on them (these are popular and sold in the parks, but much less expensive in gift shops near hotels and pharmacies such as CVS)
Snacks! This is really important. Snacks are significantly much more costly in the parks and waiting in line for them requires up important time in in between rides and complete meals. Eating snacks in line is a fantastic way to kill two birds with one stone and hold bored or tired youngsters (and adults) satisfied.
Empty plastic water bottles that can be refilled at fountains and tossed at the end of the day. Bringing them empty and filling them as required reduces waste, cuts fees and reduces the weight of the backpack.
Hats! Baseball caps, sun hats, or equivalent products to keep the sun out of your face and flip-flops. (Bring comfortable shoes that you can shop in a locker, and wear your flip-flops on water rides or if it begins raining)
