The US is not the only country that celebrates the

birthdays of the most popular men and women in our society.

One of the grandest birthday celebrations is the Queens

Official Birthday, also known basically as the Queens

Birthday. It is a vacation that is celebrated in numerous

Commonwealth countries. It is also now celebrated in Fiji,

which is now a republic.

When proper the word Queen is replaced with King, and

the actual date varies from country to nation, but it

normally doesnt mark the actual birthday of the King or

Queen.

At present in the UK, the Queens birthday is celebrated the

marked with the Trooping the Colour, also recognized as the

In Australia, the Queens birthday is on the second Monday

in June and is celebrated as a public vacation. It also

In Canada, Victoria Day, which is their name for the

Queens birthday, is celebrated the Monday on or prior to Could

24, although there are some who acknowledge that it is to

celebrate Queen Victoria and not the existing Queen. It also

marks the starting of Canadian Summer.
