If there is actually an surge of artistic creativity and acceptance, it is in the shape of skin-art. Shop around your area throughout spring or summer: what do you see? Ink, ink and more ink.Let the doors burst asunder.I do not know about you, my pals, but while I was growing-up, and even up to my teens, tattoos were taboo. If you were not a biker, gang member or tattooist, you had to believe very difficult, and very lengthy before committing yourself to the life of a pariah. Tattoos were the world of outlaws and criminals…or at least that is what we thought at the time.I have now been across the tattoo world for over 20 years, and if you asked me this revolution was sparked by what, I would be at a loss for words. I actually do not know. Even with all my experience, I’m amazed just how many people–and the number of people–are striking their local tattoo shops: jocks, preps, nerds, businessmen and women and celebrities.This gives me to my subject: women (or women, according to your word-choice) with sleeve tattoos. No, sleeve tattoos ain’t just for men anymore!I believe it is positively great, privately. I have been very interested concerning just how many feamales in sleeve tattoos were really, really wanted by the past who didn’t buy them since community said it absolutely was a no-no. I’m quite certain that had it not been for all those few gutsy girls who said to hell with what society believes and tatted themselves regardless, are the innovators that offered their contemporary counterparts the liberty to show-off skin-art without getting social heretics.Girls with sleeve tattoos are attractive, sensuous, and let’s experience it men–a bit scary. Men are occasionally unnerved whenever a female asserts her will. Besides, tattoos are allowed to be a “man’s” point, aren’t they? There are those of us men, but, who would be completely content if all women were tattooed. Ok, that is a little number of us, but I’m one (wink ).It says anything good about our culture, I believe, that the judgment of tattoos and women, and especially women will full-sleeve tattoos, is shrinking into nothingness. That’s how it must be. If it does not harm someone else, and girls feel drawn to tattoos, then why not? I think this earth is rigid enough as it is.
