The first thing we tell any student of ours who was trying to achieve real estate investment success is that they must use their mind to achieve success. Sometimes they are shocked because this isn’t the first thing that most students think of when they are trying to achieve real estate investing success.
The truth is that mind control is one of the best things you can do to inspire you to success when you first start flipping houses. Most people who are new to real estate investing have never realized that asking for what it is that you want is the first step to success. You do this by calling upon the universe to ask for what you want.
The three steps to achieve house flipping success:
1. Asked the universe for success
The first step you must do in order to achieve long-lasting success in real estate investing is to think to yourself what it is that you want and let the universe know it.
Sit down and write it out on a piece of paper. It’s absolutely essential that it’s written in the present tense. Say something like” “I am extremely grateful to make $100,000 per year flipping houses for a living”. You must be very clear on what you want and state it positively; otherwise the forces that bring you success will not know what to bring you. It only makes sense. 2. Act As If House Flipping Success Is Already There – Believe
Believe as if whatever it is that you want you have already received. You need to believe that what you really want has already come, you must have complete and utter faith that it will arrive.

This is the exact same thing as when you are ordering success as a real estate investor. Simply believe what you have asked for has already arrived in your life and you are now enjoying the benefits. 3: Start to receive real estate investing success
Feel incredibly fortunate that what you have asked for has already arrived to you. Get that same feeling that you would have when it arrives: have that feeling every single day. Visualize the success that you will have and start telling everyone you know about how successful you are. Make sure that you see exactly how your success has unfolded. Make it so real that you can’t tell reality from fantasy.

When most people don’t get what they want especially after they have asked to receive it they get frustrated, discouraged or even depressed. So instead of accepting this, recognize that feeling and REPLACE it with unwavering faith that it will come to you. Believe the success you want flipping houses for profit is already on its way.
Begin to feel incredible about it is that you want. Muster up those feelings of success and satisfaction that you will undoubtedly feel when what you asked for has arrived to you.
