Zoloft Birth Defect lawsuit

The side effects of Zoloft in girls, specifically pregnant women, are amongst the drug’s most dangerous. A number of studies have been published linking Zoloft to potentially fatal birth defects, including a lung condition identified as persistent pulmonary hypertension (PPHN), heart defects, and omphalocele birth defects (in which a newborn’s abdominal organs protrude from the belly button). Females who take Zoloft while pregnant also run the danger of delivering babies who have seizures, feeding issues, apnea, hypoglycemia, and more.

Also widely reported are the side effects of Zoloft and alcohol.
