A fantastic replacement charger for my Powershot

One of the most common complications I have with any kind of electrical equipment is the charger. It always seems to be the first thing to fail on anything electrical. My Canon Powershot video camera was no different.

I utilize my Powershot a lot as my 2nd video camera. It’s a great little video camera. Small enough for me to take a trip with and takes pictures which are practically comparable in quality to a full size SLR video camera. However it does have an Achilles Heel in my point of view, and that is Canon’s NB-5L battery charger. At this point I would certainly like to include the caveat that I frequently mistreat battery chargers, but this one did appear to break a little too quick.

I’m an active guy, and should take photos as part of my job. I need two cameras, a desktop computer PC and lighting equipment. All of which share the same extension plug-board.
