Cultivating Elevated Energy
Most of us who practice yoga have learned that an abundance of Prana (vital air), can be absorbed near large bodies of water, and wide open spaces such as large fields and mountain tops.
Even though the air is different, this same vital energy can be found where people assemble for a positive goal, such as when people assemble to meditate or pray.
You may experience it in your home environment, at an ashram, temple, church, mosque or shrine. This is when people come together for the the benefit of mankind, when the energy can be directed to aid the planet evolve.
You can transmit this energy outward by everyday acts of kindness throughout your life. This this doesn’t mean, you open yourself to be taken advantage of. You can be kind to everyone who comes along, without becoming a doormat. You have influence over a limited number of people who you meet throughout your day, so why not make every person harmonious and positive?
Firstly, you must realize that you have infinite potential, and it’s source is within. You also have unlimited potential from from the Divine, when you practice meditation and prayer, on a daily basis. Prayer and meditation will positively charge you, and you may contribute to the spirit of others as a result. As a result, this grows positive Karma.
These habits will foster vital energy around you.
Make it a point to wake up in the morning with enthusiasm and greet to everyone you cross paths with.
Don’t criticize your family, coworkers, and friends.
Be diplomatic first, before offering any advice.
Let your family members know that you love them daily.
Treat everyone as important, and be sincere.
Create goals whether you know they are possible or not. The end result may be that your positive energy will attract positively charged personalities, with similar goals.
Can you become eternally optimistic?
Every one of us has a choice. You can fall down, and you must pick yourself up or you can play the victim. You can’t blame life’s difficulties, you have to find ideas to get over, around, under, or through them. Center on your past accomplishments and learn to be content with yourself. Everyone fails, at some point, but we must constructively learn from our past experiences. Your individual approach to life’s obstacles, is the key to success or failure. Thus, success is a matter of choosing the right mind set.
