Financial Compensation is right

In the flick” Wall Street “, broker Gordon Gekko recounted something similar to this.

Are You Paid As Much As You Deserve?

How much do you get paid?

More importantly… How much are you WORTH?

Imagine receiving some major monetary compensation each month… Being compensated in line with your total potential. You’d wake up every day knowing you’re not losing out, and your time expended working is being correctly rewarded.

No chief would have the inherent right to decide what your time is worth, and no person ever should. Certainly this may be left entirely up to you?

You probably already know this. The majority do. But most individuals do nothing about it and their level of financial compensation flatlines.

The reality is, the majority of people spend their whole lives getting less monetary compensation than they deserve. They live lives of quiet desperation, as the people all around them make their important decisions, like what they earn,

When they start work,

When they get up in the morning,

When they eat their lunch,

When they finish in the evening,

Where they sit, what they do for the great majority of their day…

Argh! It is so like college it is nearly funny, and it’s actually no surprise college was set up that way. It’s to coach everyone to sit noiselessly in a job for not enough monetary compensation and not protest.

Well the trouble is, we are not cattle. We can’t simply be herded into one spot and told to remain there. We rule our own lives, and we make our own calls.

It makes me mad when I think of what schools teach kids about the value of their time. Children learn that they have to do anything they can to impress potential bosses.

How to write a CV, how to write an introduction letter, the right way to act in an interview, how to choose classes that bosses will like, how extra-curricula activities will look great to bosses.

In short, the way to bend and shape your own life so bosses will offer you some measly job with as little monetary compensation as you may accept.

Sucker !! Stand up. Grab a torch. Typhoon the ivory tower .. AND demand more financial compensation.

How many lessons do they spend teaching children that being somebody else’s employee for the remainder of your life isn’t the sole option? Exactly… None. NONE!

It’s not any surprise the great majority of people just keep their head down and work for the small quantity of monetary compensation that their bosses come to a decision to pay.

Well, not only is there another way of attaining higher levels of monetary compensation, but there are millions of alternative routes!

Step one is to decide who gets to select the key elements of your life. You, or someone else. It doesn’t sound like a troublesome decision, but the implications are great.

If you decide you wish to earn $10,000 every month, but the most your boss will pay someone doing your job is $2,500, then it’s obvious you have to be doing something different from this time on.

For a few of the people the following logical step is to grab control of their level of monetary compensation by starting their own business. This is what I did, and you can do it as well. You can read up about it at www.road-less-travelled.info

I home work in my free time, and my revenue is rapidly increasing all the time. It will not be long before I will walk away from a job altogether and still earn more than most folks. I’d have something most folks never have until they retire in their old age : money and the time to enjoy it.

As it seems, I seriously like my job. But..I love being able to provide a raised level of security for my folks.
In terms of Monetary Compensation You aren’t Like “Most Folks”

The very fact that you’ve read this far makes this clear. The undeniable fact that you recognise that you merit more. The proven fact that you’re content to take action to make your dreams happen. You’re precisely the right kind of person who should be managing a business just like mine.

“Most Folk” just go blindly through life, closed to things that question them and their financial compensation is awful.

But here’s my query to you about your financial compensation…

How much are you really worth, and what are you intending to do about it?
