in a christmas card my teacher told me im thought provoking. what on earth is that suppose to mean?
im not super close to that teacher or anything but she gave everyone personalized christmas/holiday cards and mine said that im gracefull and thought-provoking and im just curious what is that suppose to mean.

If you are thought-provoking, then you provoke thought, which is what every teacher wants in a class!
In other words, you don’t just spit back information that you’re taught. You make points and ask questions that get the other kids to really think about it and get more interested.
The teacher is saying you’ve got an above-average brain.
