Lauren Aquilina ‘Fools’ and headline tour details
‘Fools’ is the debut EP from 17-year-old pop-folk tinged songstress Lauren Aquilina. Released independently on October 22nd exclusively on iTunes, ‘Fools’ is a frank and honest exploration of Lauren’s musical and personal journey to-date.
This release marks the beginning of an exciting new chapter for the Bristol born teenager which features 4 self-penned tracks written over the course of the past year. It details the struggles faced in the pursuit of dreams, the weight of expectation and loves gained and lost along the way.
In little over a year Lauren has made an impressive entrance, having amassed over 2 million plays on her YouTube channel, which currently has over 12,000 subscribers, nearing 10,000 Facebook likes and having played sold-out shows at venues across the country, as well as supporting artists including (Ed Sheeran – Warner, Ryan O’Shaughnessy – Sony and Nina Nesbitt – Universal) the future is well and truly a promising one for the teenage writer.
Supporters include Ellie Goulding, Perez Hilton, Jamie Foxx and Jamal Edwards, all of whom have been quick to praise the teenage writer.
