Lil Wayne Mixtapes may have made things complicated in the early stages of the rapper’s career, but it was a sign that fans were excited about his music. The tapes made songs available to people long before they would normally be able to hear them. It was a true testament to the level of stardom he would someday achieve.

Chosen by Vibe magazine as the mixtape series of the year for 2005 with trap or die and automatic relaxation, DJ Drama is currently active in thirty one markets.
In addition to albums and Eminem mixtapes, the artist otherwise known as Slim Shady has had a successful career in a variety of other venues. Many were skeptical when he announced plans to become an actor, but he gave a critically acclaimed performance in the 2002 film 8 Mile. He has also published a memoir of his life and started his own record label, Shady Records.
