Tired of Waiting 20 Minutes or More on Hold for T-Mobile?
In the time I have been a T-Mobile customer, things have gone from good, to bad, to absolutely horrid. When I first became a T-Mobile customer, their customer service was clearly the best of any cell phone carrier I ever had service with. As time went on, T-Mobile’s customer service has progressively gotten worse and worse. It has gotten so bad that when calling in to customer service, you consistently have a 20+ minute hold time just to reach someone. Apparently T-Mobile feels that a great way to show they value their customer, is by serenading them with 20+ minutes of wonderful hold music. As a helping hand for those that are fed up with the extended hold times when calling into T-Mobile, here’s a number you can call that gets answered very quickly. I doubt you’re supposed to have this phone number, but hey, I doubt they’re supposed to be making you wait almost a half hour on hold either. Instead of calling 611 or the general customer service number, call 1-888-487-3783 and select option 2, the phone will be answered almost immediately. The hold time on this phone number is a massive improvement over the 20+ minute wait time of their normal customer service phone number.
